KISS FM Prize Redemption Procedure:

If you are a prize winner:

1. Winners who have won prizes ON-AIR by calling the studio hotlines will be advised by the KISS FM studio on how to redeem their prize. If you still have questions you can contact the KISS FM Promotions Department to receive instructions of our prize redemption procedures. The number to call is 214-866-8000

Online Contest prize winners will be notified via email by the KISS FM Promotions Dept. and be given similar instructions on how to claim your prize. ALL Prizes are picked up at our studios.

2. You will have to come to the KISS FM offices during normal business hours (M - F from 8:30am – 5:30pm) to pick-up your prize. *The KISS FM business/promotions office is not open on weekends and holidays. Click here for directions

3. The receptionist will greet you and have you fill out and sign a standard release form.

4. Once you have completed filling out your paperwork, please notify the receptionist and a member of the KISS FM Promotions Department will come out to assist you.

5. Please bring one form of picture identification (required).
**If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian accompany you to pick up your prize**

6. The KISS FM Promotions Department will verify that you are the winner and you will receive your prize.
